Low Vision and Blindness Technology Open House in Raleigh

Indigo Logix and Humanware will be having an open house featuring Low Vision and Blindness related technology

at the NC Assistive Technology Program offices in Raleigh (4900 Waters Edge Drive, Ste 250, Raleigh) on March 21st from 9AM –
12PM.  Jack Mitchell from Indigo Logix and David Waggener from Humanware will do a brief presentation at the beginning of the open house.

After the presentation, attendees will have time to try out a variety of devices including the SmartView line of Video Magnifiers, the BrailleNote braille notetakers and Brailliant braille displays, the Trekker Breeze GPS, and the brand new version of the Victor Reader Stream among other products.  We will also have the IBIS high definition video magnifier from Tagarno and ABI See’s Eye Pal line of optical character recognition technology (products that can read printed materials aloud to you.)
